Ordering
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is six TinCakes. Your order may contain six of one flavour or any mix of the available flavours.
Can I mix and match flavours?
Yes. Choose any combination from the six-flavour range, provided your cart contains at least six tins in total.
How do I place an order?
Open the Shop, select your flavours and quantities, and continue to checkout once your cart contains at least six tins.
How can I pay?
The payment methods currently available will be shown at checkout. Follow the instructions displayed for your selected method.

Delivery
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We arrange delivery throughout South Africa using the delivery options available for your address at checkout.
Which delivery options are available?
Depending on your address, you can choose Courier Guy locker delivery, kiosk or counter delivery, or delivery to your door.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated at checkout according to your order size and selected delivery method. The available prices are shown before you complete payment.
How long will my order take?
Orders are generally delivered within 10 business days after payment reflects. This estimate includes processing and courier transit. Backorders, unusually high demand and courier conditions may extend the estimate. We will communicate material known delays.

TinCake care
How long do TinCakes last?
TinCakes have a cupboard shelf life of approximately six months. Always check the date and storage information printed on the product you receive.
Do TinCakes need refrigeration?
Unopened TinCakes do not need refrigeration. Store them unopened in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct heat and sunlight.
How many people does one TinCake serve?
One TinCake generally serves one to two people, depending on appetite and how it is served.
Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?
Please check the product packaging for the latest ingredient and allergen information. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific dietary concern.

Orders and help
Is Blik en Bederf the manufacturer?
No. Blik en Bederf is an official TinCakes reseller. We sell the products online and arrange delivery to our customers.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will help where we can, but an order cannot always be changed once it has entered processing or courier collection.
What should I do if an order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected tins so that we can investigate.
